I share with you 6 ideas to take care of ourselves at times when we continue to live with the pandemic. These ideas seek to improve your mental and emotional health. Because let´s remember that every day, every moment, you can make the decision to nurture, take care and empower yourself, and aslo to positively impact everyone and everything around you.
Outdoor Spaces in Nature and Taking Breaks
Outdoor spaces of contemplation of nature, or pausing and being in silence, allow us to experience the sensation of calm and renewal. Currently, there are studies that are showing the benefits to our mental health of being outdoors or of consciously breathing and being silent.
I invite you to take conscious pauses of silence during the day that allow you to be in contact with your breath, with yourself. Antime that you can allow yourself to be for a few minutes in outdoor spaces with nature. Because this will contribute to improeve in a direct way your mental and emotional health during the pandemic.
Self-esteem or Self-assessment
In times of challenge, changes that we can consider “difficult”, it is extremely important not to fall into playing the role of victim. On the contrary, it is important to consciously choose to play or assume the role of being creators of a realistic and positive vision of ourselves. A vision or self-image that allows us to value, love and care for ourselves; that motivates us to move forward, to reaffirm the yes it is possible, the yes I can improve something in myself or I can achieve a goal.

Get in touch with those talents that make you genuine, that make you be yourself. Those talents are the ones you will be able to put at the service of others who need them. And many times, it is through putting them into practice that you will have a job, a business, a company.
Clarity of Purpose
It is worth asking yourself: what do I want in the short and long term? Where do I want to go? The answers to these questions will allow your 2021, your walk, to be easier and have direction. In this way, you will be able to choose what thoughts to have, what emotions to experience and what actions to do on a day-to-day basis, in order to achieve the results you want to have in the short and long term.
